1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ComplianceDesk platform and associated services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. SMS & A2P Compliance

To ensure a secure and transparent communication environment, we strictly adhere to A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC regulations. When you provide your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and informational text messages. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your account activity and specific interactions with our platform.
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Opt-Out (STOP): You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message before communications cease.
Help & Support: For assistance or to learn more about our messaging program, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact our support team directly.

3. Data Privacy

We explicitly do not sell or share your mobile number, consent data, or personal identifiers with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. 4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or in any way that interrupts or damages the service. Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
